When you use the App, we create an anonymous account for you. This account:
- Does not require personal information
- Stores your points balance and usage history
- Is tied to your device
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and account.
4. Points and Credits
Points System
- Points are earned by watching advertisements
- Points are consumed when generating images
- Points have no monetary value
- Points cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash
- We reserve the right to adjust point values at any time
Refunds
- Points are non-refundable
- If a generation fails due to our error, points may be refunded at our discretion
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Upload content you don't have rights to
- Attempt to manipulate or exploit the points system
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
- Use automated systems or bots to interact with the App
- Circumvent any security measures

- You grant us a limited license to process your images
- You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to uploaded content
Generated Content
- You own the images generated by the App

- Google AdMob for advertisements

- Replicate for AI processing

We do not guarantee:
- Continuous, uninterrupted service
- Accuracy or quality of AI-generated content
- That the App will meet your specific requirements
- That generated images will be suitable for any particular purpose
AI-generated content may contain errors, artifacts, or unexpected results.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
